Eric,

Thanks so much for sharing about Compassion. It's been years since I saw you in Ocean City, MD but I am so glad to see you are involved with Compassion. My husband and I actually leave Wednesday morning for Guatemala, where we will be visting our Compassion child. Rachel (Feldman) Dypsky linked me to your blog. If you aren't already, you should become an Advocate for Compassion.

Eric,

Just came across your blog today from Facebook. So glad to see you are in Africa on this trip. I love Compassion International and all that they do! We've got to touch base once you get back so you can tell us all about this adventure. May God give you the fullness of his presence for the rest of this journey!

I love seeing these great photos of the LDP students! They all look exceptional (as all the other LDP students I've been privileged to meet). Believe it or not, the girl I sponsored in Thailand since she was tiny was accepted to LDP! I continue to sponsor her with the help of some partners, and it's my goal (and prayer) that I can be there in 2010 for her graduation! Lord willing!
